We maintain a hassle-free 60-day money back guarantee policy. If buyer is not satisfied with the products, buyer can return the products within 60 days of the purchase for a full refund of the product cost as long as the returned ink or toner cartridges contains not less than 70% of the original ink or toner level. The shipping cost is non-refundable.

We offer 180-day product warranty and you are assured your purchase is well protected.

If buyer finds any defects in materials or workmanship of the products within 180 days of the purchase, buyer can return the products and request for a replacement. We may request buyer to provide photos of proof for the defects. If a defect exists, we will replace with new products at no cost to the buyer with shipping cost borne by us.

All refund, return or replacement request will only be processed if buyer has applied by writing in advanced and acknowledged by us.

A refund request is typically processed within 7 working days after we receive the returned products. The refund will be issued through the same transaction method used to make the original purchase. For example, if the buyer used a credit card as the payment method, the purchase amount will be issued to the buyer credit card. The refund period will depend on the processing of the bank after that.
